Can I generate power with a PS3 Fan Motor?

I pulled out this cooling fan for the Playstation 3. I was wondering if I could strip the wires at the end and be able to generate power by either turning it by hand or some other means? It says its a 12vdc. im your average idiot and dont know anything about anything so this is why im asking. And if you can, will it be enough power to charge up an iphone? Heres a few pics:
